CactiSwap Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: August 11, 2026

1. Age Requirement

CactiSwap is an adults-only service. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use CactiSwap.

If CactiSwap becomes aware that an account belongs to an individual under 18, the account may be suspended or removed in accordance with our policies.

The 18+ restriction does not alter CactiSwap's zero-tolerance policy regarding CSAE and CSAM.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

CactiSwap is operated by Cascadia Cultivated LLC. CactiSwap is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the platform.

Although CactiSwap is an adults-only platform, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

CactiSwap strictly prohibits any content, activity, communication, or behavior involving or facilitating the sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered, computer-generated, or otherwise created sexual imagery involving minors.
  • Sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors.
  • Grooming or attempting to establish contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Soliciting, requesting, distributing, possessing, promoting, or facilitating sexual content involving minors.
  • Sextortion or threats involving sexual images or information concerning a minor.
  • Child sex trafficking or the promotion or facilitation of child sexual exploitation.
  • Any other content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users may report prohibited content, accounts, messages, listings, or other activity through CactiSwap's in-app reporting and support mechanisms.

Reports involving suspected CSAE or CSAM will be treated seriously and reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible.

Child safety concerns may also be submitted to:

support@cactiswap.com

5. Enforcement

CactiSwap may immediately remove content associated with CSAE or CSAM and suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

When CactiSwap obtains actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or other child sexual exploitation occurring through the platform, we will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law. This may include preserving relevant information when legally required and reporting confirmed or apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or another appropriate law-enforcement or child-safety authority as required by applicable law.

CactiSwap will cooperate with valid legal requests from law-enforcement authorities concerning child exploitation or abuse.
